Review summary

the ship had a lot of great functionality. it was clean, fun, and an overall good ship. the layout was annoying because you couldn't get to everything on any given floor. most of the time you ended up having to go up or down to travel to the other end of the ship to get to something that is actually on the same floor as you. the food was great and the service superb. i liked the staff on this ship better than in past cruises but the ship less. the pools used salt water which was uncomfortable to say the least, but the hot tubs used fresh water. i've been on the ecstasy before and they have a "serenity deck" where no children are allowed and we could hang out in hot tubs with no interference. the triumph didn't have anything like that.

we went to thisiscozumel.com to book a 3 reef tour that was a lot better than the excursion we went on last year through the ship. we also went to relax at paradise beach and it was awesome. those two things spent 8 hours of splendid paradise and cost per person $41 combined. amazing.
Don't Miss: snorkeling in cozumel is unreal.

Pros: i loved the food. rich, fancy. . yes. but delicious.

Cons: the port workers at new orleans were rude.
