5 Night Canada/New England (New York Roundtrip)
Sail Date: August 29, 2009
Ship: Carnival Triumph
Cabin Type: Oceanview
Traveled As: Singles/Friends

The ship was large and clean. The employees were wonderful. The excursions were too rushed. Breakfast was cold and not enough selection on any of the menus. The hot tubs were closed and no notice was given before hand. Did not receive the $250.00 room credit promised when booked and Customer relations was rude and not helpful.

Excursions that were booked were very rushed and not much time to see anything. Guides were polite and very knowledgable.
Don't Miss: Bay of Fundy

This excursion was a little less rushed, you had time to walk around the quaint village.
Don't Miss: Peggy's Cove

Pros: The employees were wonderful

Cons: The hot tubs were closed, pools were small and food was cold

Recommends Carnival Triumph? No.
