our cruise was crowded because school had just let out.

the quality of the food was good, but the ship gave tiny portions in the dining rooms. it's a good thing as i gained 10 pounds.

Entertainment

because our ship was so crowded we were not able to get in to see the comedian, so i would suggest carnival have two of every show, they had two of some but not all.

Service and Staff

all of the crew was so friendly, they went above and beyond.

it was very clean and nice.

the cabin is smallish, but there were over 3000 vacationers on the ship and they have to have a place to sleep too.

we rode on the tall sailing ship Silva. it was a nice ride but it didn't sail, they used their motor. my husband was very disappointed. they told us their main sail ripped yesterday. yeah right! tell me another one.

Saint John, New Brunswick

we took the excursion to see "the reversing falls up close". the tour cost way too much for what we got. first they took us to a museum and they talked at us about marine animals. it seemed like they were killing time before we got on their boat. apparently another tour by jet boat goes right up to the falls but the "up close" tour does not go up close.

Don't Miss: i was shocked to see full length fur coats being sold at the terminal.

Pros: i loved our cabin. our shower was wonderful and the bed was so large that my husband kept saying, "where are you?"

Cons: i'd like to see more entertainment for people who don't drink alcohol. the $20 bingo games weren't even tempting.

Recommends Carnival Triumph? Yes!
