We had a great time relaxing and eating. The Princess Cay island meal was not as great as we hoped. We enjoyed the trip and our friend wants to do a longer trip now. The food was excellent and staff were amazing. Going to miss being able to leave out of Charleston SC. Very convenient for us and a very interesting city. Not sure if we will be doing as many cruises if we have to drive all day to get to a port. Sad news your not going to be there next year,

boarding seemed to take a very long time. we were there on time but waited approximately 90 more minutes to board in the building.

we did not do any of the special dining areas. We had plenty of choices from the main dining and breakfast was wonderful. Lunch choices were varied and delicious. We never left hungry. Was disappointed you now charge for room service. Last cruises we enjoyed the midnight room service so much while watching tv and relaxing.
Onboard Activities

Our friends used the slides. we all sat in the hot tub for a while 1 day, Glad there was an adult area. We enjoyed the comedy show 1 night. The out door movie was so old and we have seen it multiple times on tv, so we did not use it. The shops were nice and we bought items from many of them. Our friends enjoyed the painting sale and bought a couple. We did do Bingo 1 day.

The comedy show was good but the time was really late on the night we went. There were a lot of swear words used but that is kind of expected. The people singing on the balcony near the stairs were good. We did do karaoke 2 nights and had a lot of fun.

Our room steward was amazing. I can not think of his name. Towel animals on the bed daily, room was amazing. he even found my earring that i had not mentioned was missing but it was on the sink area when we came back. Everyone at the dinner meals were wonderful and so helpful with us ordering. The food was always plentiful and delicious.

The design was easy to follow, areas like the elevator waiting areas and the elevators themselves and the casino areas seemed to need some work. areas looked worn and dirty sometimes. Our room was always clean and seemed up to date. The deck area was clean and well taken care of..
Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was always clean. We needed smaller container to put the congratulation cake in. It sat out the next day and molded with the fruit. It was a waste of money. The couch was nice but not very comfortable to sit on very long. would have been nice to have a throw blanket and pillows on the couch. The size was nice and closet space was great.
Ship tip
bring a suitcase or a strong bag to carry home items like alcohol. the stupid box they stuffed 4 bottles of alcohol into broke on the way out of the ship and we lost all of our alcohol ($125 worth) on the sidewalk coming off the boat. so disapointed and angry they did not tape the box or split the alcohol. Be prepared to wait in long lines to get a soda anywhere on the boat. They need more areas for just non alcohol drinks so you can be served quickly.
leaving to dock was great. our friend who never sailed was busy watching the dolphins and had not even realized we were already moving. It was very smooth and reasurring to her,
