Review summary

Worst hospitality. Expectations were not met. Long wait times at the bar. No one addressed you when you spoke with them. I asked for a water from room service 3x never received. Save your money

Great housekeeper. Best part of the cruise.

Better hospitality. Worst hospitality I received anywhere. Everyone told me it was not their job when I had a question.

I Have Never had any Problems with Sunshine. My AC wasn't Cold enough for me, I'm very hot blooded, I called and within 20 minutes there was someone from Maintenance there to fix it. I had a problem with my fridge on one Cruise. I mentioned it to our room attendant and within a Matter of minutes a guy was there to fix it. The only bad thing I could ever say is the wifi is unpredictable. But most of the time it is fine.

We have sailed on the Sunshine 5 times and 4 of those times have been in the last 6 months. All of the crew have always been nice to us. Sometimes the bars can be busy and the wait is kind of long but I have never had a crew member say it is not their job. We got lost one time trying to find one of the events and a crew member walked us to the area. They always called us by name and were very helpful. Looks like cruising might not be for you.
