Overall we had a great time and look forward to another cruise next year with our 5 kids.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
Getting on the boat went very smooth and fast.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
I feel like they try to be to fancy with the food. They should save the fancy stuff for the MDR and keep the food on the buffet typical pot roast, fried chicken, green beans, mashed potatoes home style kind of food. The biscuits at breakfast suck and the bacon was basically raw. Loved the guys burgers and enjoyed the steak house. Pizza was okay.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
Enjoyed all the activities we were able to attend. Wish they would schedule some of the comedy shows earlier in the day so you don’t have to miss some of the evening stuff. It would also be nice to receive every days funtimes the first day so you make sure you fit in everything you want to experience. There was days we wanted to watch the movie on deck with our daughter and thought we catch a certain show later but missed it altogether. Loved having the movies on deck I had previously cruised on the paradise and they do not have that. The popcorn was not very goo d however.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
We loved the comedians. Didn’t get to catch the music shows having a toddler on board makes that harder.
Children's Programs
5 out of 5
Our 3 year old only went 2 days but seemed to enjoy her time there. Was able to allow us to see the over 18 comedy shows. Maybe she gets older we will send her more.
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
Most all the staff we came across was excellent. Our room steward LD was awesome. He filled our small cooler with ice every day since we had no fridge. Was able to bring milk to the room from breakfast and put in the cooler for my daughters sippy cup and ice for our carry on sodas. Came across a few of the bartenders who was probably under a lot of pressure and understaffed that was on the rude side. But they are also dealing with more than most the crew.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
The boat was very clean. Someone was always cleaning. The ships layout is a little confusing but it a big ship take sometime to explore. I’m sure there is stuff we missed out on just another reason to go again! The waters was very rough the first day and the last day. Made for a very rocky boat. It was like guessing who had to many to drink and who was staggering because of the rocky boat..lol
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
The cabin was perfect for the 3 of us. We just tucked our suitcases under the bed and pulled them out as needed.
Ship tip
Figure out where the elevators take you. And which floors help you maneuver around better.
Island appeared to very dirty. We went to the shopping area and bought some souvenirs. Walked to the local fire department so my firefighter husband could check it out. Everyone we came across was very friendly. Did a snorkeling excursion had a great time. Water is so clear you can see lots and our guide feed the fish so we had them all round us.
Didn’t get to go due to rough waters but did go to Princess Cays. The island was nice and the tender went very smooth. Highly recommend a pair of water shoes in the water was lots of rocks that hurt the feet. Loved that they had a section setup with rocks around it to break the waves. Made letting my daughter play in the water a lot smoother with no crashing waves.
