Review summary

I was so disappointed because it was my birthday cruise our Graham have mildew growing so bad in the shower our toilet was never cleaned from the last people that had the room before us and the linen was still on the bed from the previous people before us overall I couldn't have been more disgusted

Now as you can see this was my birthday cruise and this is what our bathroom looked like mildew everywhere and they did nothing to fix it..

If your cabin is not clean you need to take lots of pictures of it and you need to go and let them know that this is not acceptable because it's not

Did they come clean the room after you showed them the previous peoples trash was still there? And I don’t know about you guys but I never leave my rooms like that. I always clean as much as I can prior to leaving. Was always taught to leave where you are at same or better as you found it.
