Priority embarkation aside, this cruise terminal has figured out how to ensure passengers are kept to only the minimum wait time based on their boarding group. Very well done.

Beverage package is worth every penny, for us. We like to drink on vacation and we did take full advantage of the shakes, sodas, waters, and other drinks as well as the libations at the amazing bars around the ship.

It’s very different on each ship. The reduction in staff to the point where there are no servers walking around the pool areas to serve drinks anymore, definitely made for a less than stellar experience.

Steward was impossible to find. We’ve been on cruises where you see the guy every day, sometimes twice a day.
Ship tip
Get to the Serenity deck EARLY! It’s the only Serenity with a pool and seats go FAST. Love it there!
I think the popularity of the drink package has ruined service. There is no incentive for them to get you another drink quickly since it's already paid for. Extra tipping also doesn't seem to help.
Just curious as to why you don't like San Juan. I love it there.
