Review summary

We had a good cruise but our friends are not interested in cruising again. Perhaps have a separate line for beer, as fancy drinks take so much time to make and you end up waiting for long periods of time.

We have been on many Carnival cruises and we brought 4 people who have never cruised before with us. We waited for over an hour to receive our drinks at the dining room. Charged for extra on our folio and had to go to Guest Services to have it reversed. This did not make a good impression on our guests (your guests). Buffet was good. Did not use the specialty restaurants. Food in dining room was not hot. Waited too long for drinks (sometimes 15-20 minutes standing at the bars). Guy Fieri's was awesome - never disappoints.

Onboard Activities

Serenity pool was extremely cold but by the end of the cruise, refreshing. Couldn't use the other pool, too many kids and it didn't look clean. Wanted to spend more time in the casino but can't tolerate the smoke. The smell leaks out into the rest of the ship.

Loved the stage shows, bingo and comedian.

We did not care for this port. Did some shopping but spent most of our time on the ship.

Grand Turk Island

5 out of 5

We love Grand Turk Island. We did not do an excursion but we did go down the beach to a small bar and spent the day. Margheritaville pool is nice but crowded and expensive.
