Review summary

We came to celebrate our 70 birthday with my family after going to a terrible time in our lives ,we live in Puerto Rico and we are going true so much after hurricane Maria and we want to have a great time but i wasn't like that we didn't felt welcome only in the dining area that's it Carnival Sunchine discrimination is terrible and discusting, We never experienced a treat like that in our lives very poor service never will travel carnival again

First night we were a group of family of 6 and they didn't have our table ready and the attached a small table to the main table and it's look the we were eating in Denisse restaurant even the main waiter told us this is not acceptable and the second night the change us to another dining to a bigger table and the service was excellent after that

On the second night i got stuck in my bathroom for 45 minutes and i couldn't open the door and im a don't like to be in small are for a long period of time so imagine how desperate i was and my family couldn't open the door from outside

First carnival cruise the didn't listen to my opinion and again felt extremely discrimination against me and my family

Too fast they didn't let us seat on the 3 floor to wait for the rest of my family and we have to wait outside for a hr and half to get together we are seniors and can't be standing up for a big period of time

I've been on the Sunshine 4 times and go again for a b2b in January for 21 days. I have never ever experienced any of what you two said.

I tried the sunshine years ago and found the same thing but I don’t think it was because of your ethnicity I am full white American and found the customer service staff through out the ship to be cold and very unprofessional even in the dining room I will stick with Royal 👑 rarely run into this with them
