Review summary
Service from the parking lot to the ship was very unorganized - It took us approximately 2 hours to get from the parking lot to the ship. We sat on the bus from parking to the ship for approximately one in half hours.
Customer service onboard was BAD! Our suitcase was lost and out of the four workers we found, didn't speak English very well and were unable to help us! VERY Frustrating!
The service at the pool bars was very slow and undermanned.
The food was poorly prepared. We left dinner sitting and uneaten (at the main diner) on three separate occasions because it was either cold or poorly prepared.
Excursions: The Atlantis Beach and Discover tour was BAD! When we arrived at the resort, the guide was supposed to show us around but she didn't. She never told us where and what we had access to before she walked off and left us. It was not worth the money that we paid for it. Then after we returned to the ship, I went to Shore Excursions and no one was there. I spoke to customer service and was told that someone would return my call from Shore Excursions. THEY DID NOT return my call! I had the second excursion refunded. I didn't want to take a chance in having the experience we did on the first one.
