Review summary

One of our favorite trips to date! We LOVE cruising. The staff was awesome! We were very impressed with Arthur, MeLesa (or MeLisa), Cindy, Muhammad, Trinidad, Francis, Icky, Ikomang. I will add we were frustrated that a covid test was required even if vaccinated and we had to pay over $100 per person to have that done. So glad to see that rule has been lifted. Sadly not before our cruise though.

We got a Cabana and it was worth every penny. Hands down our favorite part of the trip. The staff was incredible. Thanks MeLisa, Arthur, and Cindy!

We booked an excursion 'swimming with pigs" and it was hilarious and unique and something we'll never forget. The kids thought it was a blast

Glad to hear you had an awesome vacation and that the service was great. I have been on 2 cruises with Carnival with my adult daughters, the Carnival Victory and the Carnival Triumph which is now the Sunrise. The service was great on the Victory, not so much on the Triumph. I'm happy to hear that with the refurbishment (it looks like a whole new ship!) the service is also better. I'm taking a cruise on the Sunrise in January with my husband, who had never cruised on a Carnival ship before, and a friend, who had never been on a cruise. I would hate for them to be disappointed. Your review gives me confidence that we will have a great time even though our itinerary is different (Key West and Cozumel, the same as on the Victory).
