The overall cruise was good but would likely choose a different company for future cruises. Many areas were dirty and COVID protocols were not followed by staff or travelers. There was limited activities on board and during ports. Staff made all the different though, especially in the main dining room.

The service in the main restaurant was spectacular. Our team of servers, Gede, Chriz and Yuliyanto made the trip for us. Specifically, Yuliyanto went out of his way to give us the best experience, from checking on drinks, courses and asking about our days/experience. He could have easily been a lead server which his service style. Gede, Chriz and Yuliyanto were the best service we received on board and are the reason we would return to Carnival Sunrise.
Our room attendant, Sudi, was also amazing. He was very interactive and approachable and provided great service.

Many areas could have been cleaner (clearing dishes from hallways of rooms, tables) and Lido deck was quite dirty throughout the week

Outlets are needed by the beds, not only USB outlets which newer phones no longer use.
