Although it was initially not the cruise we signed up for, we had a good time.
Embarkation
3 out of 5
The embarkation was very smooth, from the moment we stepped out of the car, our bags were tagged and we heading into the building to check in. The lines for security weren’t too long, it was moving pretty quickly.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Main dining had plenty of options every night which was great, even had great vegetarian options! The wait staff: Wibi, Cem and Leticia always gave us the best dining experience. One night we went to the steakhouse and the food, decor, plating and presentation was AMAZING! Restaurant was 10/10. The drinks were created beautifully and we couldn’t stop going back to the bar.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
I went to comedy shows, bingo, an art auction, went down the slides on lido deck, did Harry Potter trivia (even learned a few things), got a free charm bracelet and even did karaoke! There were so many activities and when Clint was leading them, I just knew we were going to have a good time.
Entertainment
3 out of 5
Stage shows and performers were good but the DJ in the nightclub needs more of a selection. We asked him to play a request and he said he played it already and will not play the song again.
Children's Programs
Have no children
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
I Dwea, Cem, Leticia, Wibi, Clint, Will, Jason. All these wonderful employees on the ship truly made my trip enjoyable.
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
I think when trying to get to guest services from even Level 2, going up to Level 5 walking through the casino and then down two levels is a lot. The ship was huge and always felt like I was lost most times lol. Common areas were clean and maintained.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
It was huge and spacious. Never felt cramped.
Ship tip
The blow dryer is in the draw on the right hand side of the vanity
Was told disembarkation would start at 7:30 and it didn’t start till 8:22, forcing everyone to be bunched up on upper levels due to overcrowding on the gangway
