Review summary

Generally good time. Felt like carnival was cutting corners with these staffing and it showed. Still had fun. Hopefully maintenance will improve this ship.

Onboard Activities

Aft hot tubs down for duration of cruise. Aft pool closed mid afternoon on excursion day (Nassau) after the water turned a very gross green. Plenty to do onboard except mid afternoon seems a dead zone.

Service and Staff

Staff in most areas were excellent. Tide’s bartender did more ignoring people than serving. Our room steward was the absolute best. Ship overall felt short staffed.

Ship Quality

Cleanliness was A+. Ship itself needs work. Felt worn and many, including myself had issues with odd smells (sewer, paint). Couldn’t use balcony since floor was swampy mushy the whole cruise.

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was nice but a little smaller than previous cruise. Bed comfortable and plenty of closet space. Balcony not useable due to mushy wood and odor.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5

Quick and painless. Were back at our hotel by 10am.
