We had a great time. Bad experience I can only mention one which was a rude bartender. Other than that I would do it all over again!

First time we have cruise without FTTF and it was a breeze. We were on the ship within 25 minutes of arriving to the port! Super smooth and very well organized. One thing I did not like was the embarkation picture as I felt we were rushed, and it’s not set up in an inviting location.

Aside from a bland omelette on day 3, no matter how much salt I put on it that bad boy would not budge, everything else was great. Yes, even the fried chicken on the last day was tasty. Oh the Carnival Melting Cake was undercooked, but I could do without. The Lido Market Place offers pretty much the same menu as the main dining room. Our waiter Finny and his side kick were amazing. Super attentive at all times.

Did trivia’s and the Deck Party. Unfortunately it takes cruise ships such a long time to change their entertainment line up that once you do one you have done them all.

Everyone was friendly and attentive. They all went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. One negative incident with a bartender, but so many other positive instances that he didn’t ever count.
Great beach. Unless you have been there before, you wouldn’t know where the activities were. Cheers package is not honored on HMC and the drinks offered are served in the little yellow cups that they serve the free stuff on board. Hubby and I refused to pay another 25$ for two more drinks. Buffet was not all that. Better off saving your appetite for when you get back on the ship.
Had a blast at Señor Frog’s. The MC sure did know how to reel i the crowd and keep us all engaged. Hubby and I just decided to do some shopping and get a few drinks.
We had a great time in August. The only bad experience was a photographer who had a bad attitude which by the way we walk out on lol and the smoking on the casino, besides that I would definitely cruise again on the Sunrise.
