Review summary

Overall a great Cruise. I definitely recommend getting an assigned seating time for dinner and seeing as many shows as you can. The early seating seems to let you see more shows.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
Very fast. The cruise embarcation port was moved to Brooklyn and they seemed to be confused there because I was given conflicting information by different people working at the port

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
We were a little disappointed with the menu options and I was really disappointed with the gluten free choices

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
A lot to do but on numeroi s occasions we had to choose between overlapping actuvities

Entertainment

4 out of 5
The performers were top notch and very approachable after the show

Children's Programs

No children

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Our room Stewart was excellent and after a couple days he understood our requests and followed through on the rest of the cruise. We were disappointed with our waiter as he seemed to be very rushed when coming to our table but had time for other tables.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
We really like the size of the ship, it doesnt feel overwhelming. The decor is fantastic and very welcoming.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Very comfortable and we didnt miss the balcony because it was a northern cruise and would have been cool out there anyway. I was most impressed with all the USB charging ports in the room. I just wish they had cleaned the window.

Ship tip

Do the Pig and Anchor on a port day when the line isn't as long

Ports of call

Halifax, Nova Scotia

We did the Perry's Cove and Titanic excursion. It was pretty but we felt the timing was weird - spent only a little time in some places and too much time in others.

Saint John, New Brunswick

4 out of 5
We did the top 10 best of Saint John tour. The only reason I gave it this high a Mark was because of the tour guide. Too many of the sites had to be seen from the bus.

Portland, Maine

4 out of 5
We did the best of Portland and kennebunk tour. It was an OK tour but the tour guide was so boring and dry, we did not enjoy it.

Boston, Massachusetts

1 out of 5
The Duck tour was fantastic and the tour guide Rusty Bucket really made it all that much better.

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
We had Faster to the Fun but we didn't get good instructions and found out we could have gotten off the ship sooner.
