Review summary

Not a fan of the food. The lido deck buffet was pretty much just barely getting by edible. The bar service was understaffed. We bought the cheers pkg., but it literally took forever to get waited on that it ended up being a waste. The cruise staff wasn't consistent. Some seemed to belong on a Royal Class ship while others wanted nothing to do with you and wouldn't even acknowledge you. I've worked in hotel management and always acknowledge my guest. The room was decent. I was happy with that. It could have been cleaner. We got some form of either poisoning, Novovirus!?!? Half the staff had some form of gold or sniffles. Our stewardess, Ratti,was amazing and she definitely was in a class above the rest of the staff. Won't do Carnival again. I would rather pay more for better service, cleaner ship, and better food!
