Review summary

Great service from the whole team. Very helpful and always very pleasant. Great group of people. Great job Carnival. Just a little idea people who prebooked with boarding passes should have a another entry where they can be double checked and be on their way. All the passengers were in the same line making the wait very long.

I was given the late dinning when I booked the the cruise so when I got onboard I spoke to the matre D and he so very helpful making arrangements so we could be seated at the earlier time. So Thank you Matre D.

Mark and Christopher at the at the Black Pearl also Ray and Enrique at the Gold Pearl restaurant. .Also the staff at the lido deck was at all times very professional helpful and friendly.

The cabin was always cleaned properly by Chai and Iris. Could not get a better pair always on point. Very impressed. They both need a raise for their outstanding performance. Thanks Iris and Chai.

Ship tip

If you are not happy about something just get the staffs attention. They are always ready to help.
