Old ship but a goody, panama canal made it worth it!

Quick and line moved fast! Testing at the port + home test was required due to the length of our cruise (16 days).

Lacking in most areas. Deli was spot on. Guys and blue iguana were meh. MDR average for carnival

journeys cruise activities. Not much besides trivias and sales as this was an older crowd cruise

Our MDR waiters were anything but personable. Room steward exactly the same. 3 stars because the Deli workers, towel stand, and guest services were amazing!

Ship Quality

Spirit definitely needs an overhaul. Carpet stains, elevator buttons were broken, also some of the pool deck flooring was showing it’s age. Crew did what they could!

Cabin / Stateroom

AC was broken. Nothing was done about it. Other than that it was fine

Ship tip

Try out the Bonsai Sushi! Very good.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review of the Carnival Spirit and pictures. We are booked on the Spirit for a Halloween cruise this year and your review is helpful and appreciated. We have an interior room and we chose our cruises based on the ports but I do hope that our A/C works properly. I think they should have offered to move you to a room with A/C and given you a refund or OBC of some sort. I’m glad you were able to focus on the enjoyable parts of your cruise. 😎🚢☀️🩴🏝🪸🐠🌺
