Review summary

First ever Carnival cruise. Definitely a fun ship. Great atmosphere. Ship was clean but needed work of elevators.

The employees did the best they could with three different arrival times. Pretty much everyone arrived at the same time. Terminal was long, basic, hot, crowded. Fatigue settled in after the 35 minute process.

Food and Dining

Food was hit or Miss. Guys, blue iguana were delicious. While Pizza was dry, ice cream had zero flavor. Bonsai was good. Didn’t do buffet. MDR was ok. Salmon cake was horrible.

There was plenty to do. Being 17, Club 02 had plenty to do. Carnival wins on activities over Royal.

Entertainment

Rory was great. Singer and comedian. William Troxler was great. Adam cruise director was wonderful. Cherioo!

Every interaction with staff was great. Room steward Dedey Remembered me after day 1.

Ship Quality

Ship decor was unique and nice. Ship was clean for the most part. Didn’t like how many people left food on floor. Some elevators didn’t work.

Ship tip

Ship isn’t completely ready. Be prepared but have fun. Staff are new and be patient.

Appreciate your feedback. Sometimes the worst part of a cruise is fellow passengers. I agree with you about the food on the floor. Glad you enjoyed your cruise.
