a great time

This ship is very clean in all areas. The decor and art are very nice. There is always something interesting to look at. The crew members are always working hard to provide tentative and friendly service. We really appreciate their hard work and away from family esp. during holiday times. The cruise had some great entertainment as well. We feel the company is working hard to make sure people have a great time and we certainly did.

Pros: Clean ship, friendly and tentative service from all crew members, great entertainment

Cons: Some hot food items are too greasy and too many unruly kids

Recommends Carnival Spirit? Yes!

Food and Dining
There are many selections and the presentation is amazing. It is clear that the crew and director work very hard to accommodate everyone. There is no shortage of food.
We strongly suggest that more healthy and low calorie hot food items to be available. There is no need to fry the food in batter in every meal or soak it in butter, especially the fish. Grilling or steaming is a much healthier option.
