We would have preferred a smaller ship, but most similar cruises on smaller ships are prohibitively expensive. This was a great value, but not exactly our cup of tea. The decor is pretentious and, we thought, garish, except for the staterooms, which are very nice. Facilities are wonderful - complete gym, ample dining room, pools and hot tubs.

Pros: Cleanliness of entire ship and friendliness and diligence of staff.

Cons: Decor, entertainment, crowded dining on Lido Deck.

Recommends Carnival Spirit? Yes!
