Chaos, lack of connection with staff, we were treated more as inconvenience by most then guest paying lots of money to be there.

1 out of 5
Screaming men yelling at cars, absolutely greeted awful at arrival. Very chaotic.

Ship experiences

4 out of 5
dining room was great, buffet definitely left a lot to be desired. Burgers and tacos good.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
My son liked kids camp, but activities seem poorly organized and lack connection. Staff seems tired and scattered.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Music was great, loved latin group, Karaoke was more awkward then fun, Table artist was amazing.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
So loved kids camp

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Room steward was amazing, waiters amazing, customer services counter was awful, room service orders took long. Bartenders seems overworked and tired.

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
Very difficult to figure out lay out of boat, definitely felt and smelled like older boat.

Cabin / Stateroom

2 out of 5
Our steward was amazing but when book room for five people we had no clue that would leave absolutely no space for anything else so it was awful. Definitely need to be clearer when booking for families on size.

Ship tip

Do not have high expectations, it is an average experience.

Ports of call

Miami, Florida

1 out of 5
Port service was overwhelming and frankly frightening for my child. Herds of people, yelling, pushing. No smiles, just pissed off people.

Amber Cove (Puerto Plata), Dominican Republic

5 out of 5
Loved DR, getting off the boat is always such a process but we did atv excursion it was great.

Grand Turk Island Did not visit port

Didnt want to fight the line of people to get off.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Much smoother getting off then on.

5 people in a room???? They are tight with 2 people. Didn’t you see that they were about 180 square feet? Sounds like you should have gotten two rooms instead of saving money and cramming into one.

The room sizes are posted in sq feet. It’s relatively easy to picture how big a room is

An interior Cabin was not built for 5 people. Sorry you were crammed in there.

When you booked it said cabin size like it does for every stateroom. Second unless you had a suite what did you expect having 5 people in one room
