Chaos, lack of connection with staff, we were treated more as inconvenience by most then guest paying lots of money to be there.

Very difficult to figure out lay out of boat, definitely felt and smelled like older boat.

Our steward was amazing but when book room for five people we had no clue that would leave absolutely no space for anything else so it was awful. Definitely need to be clearer when booking for families on size.

Do not have high expectations, it is an average experience.
5 people in a room????
They are tight with 2 people. Didn’t you see that they were about 180 square feet? Sounds like you should have gotten two rooms instead of saving money and cramming into one.
