Overall, the cruise went well. I enjoyed the dining room staff: Steve and Johnrey are AMAZING. The staff remembers your name, which makes you feel special. However, as with most places that have large groups of people, there is a lot of “inappropriate” behavior that goes on unchecked. During Karaoke with PJ, there were some very rude and drunk guests, who were allowed to carry on obnoxiously.
I’d recommend hanging out by the children’s pool area on the top deck, as the “adult” pool and hot tubs are much smaller than they should be. Due to the number of people on the ship and the lack of available resources ie more pools, the pool and hot tubs remain overcrowded all day long.
The food and entertainment are great. You should definitely get the drink package (Cheers), as the drinks are pricey ($10-13) and there are few happy hours.

Food and Dining

If you go hungry on this cruise, it is your own fault. There are so many good options and places to eat, that you will be sad to go home. The food is fantastic and there are hand sanitizing stations by each food location, which made me feel much better.

The dining room staff were so much fun! They also remember your name and things that you like, which is refreshing.

The room was fine and the two twins pushed together to make a “king” were comfortable. Please note - I only slept on one side of the bed. What I was disappointed in was the dirtiness of the shower curtain. I noticed yellow at the bottom of the curtain, which I thought was disgusting. Using bleach goes a long way. Else replace the curtain.
Ship tip
Be aware of the aggressiveness of the camera staff and people trying to sell you things ie liquor shots at dinner. There are cameras EVERYWHERE, and this can be extremely annoying.
Drink your water or juice prior to getting to the root and throw away your bottle. They will not allow you to bring it on the ship. Also, BEING YOUR OWN LUGGAGE on the ship, else it will take about 2 hours for you to get it delivered to your room. Also, the guys who ask to rake your luggage for you very smoothly ask you to give them tips. If you want to, great, but just know that it won’t get your luggage to your room any quicker.
While the beach was nice, the cleanliness of the bathrooms (women’s) was unacceptable. Out of five stalls, there was toilet paper in one of them. Additionally, the bathroom had not been cleaned as noted by the toilet paper, towels, and sand all over the floor and in the stalls. Also, the food is only available until 1pm, though you don’t have to go back to port until 3:15pm. They block off the food area altogether at this time.
If you want to do an excursion for this port (and you should, especially to Atlantis), make sure to buy them ahead of time. Unfortunately, on the day of, there is no way to purchase a package as the excursion group leaves early for the excursion itself that day.
