We had good food and nice family time but would probably do a different cruise line next time. Overall, we had good service and they are what makes your trip. Sadly, the one person at Guest Services stands out as the downer of our vacation and ultimately reflects on the cruise line.

This was more of a party boat. We went on a family vacation so there wasn't as much for us to do. We did play putt putt and visit the arcade. We thought that it had basketball but it didn't. The water slide was a let down. It stops half way down the slide. My son only did it a few times.

The family Comedy shows were good. Kelly Terranova was excellent! Jerome was entertaining as well.

Our waiters, Margo and Kodek were excellent. Our room stewards, Enyomen and his assistant were very attentive and did a great job! However, we were very disappointed with Lingyen at Guest Services. She was rude and dismissive when I was trying to get a refund on an excursion that was rained out. The tour guide said that we would be able to get a refund but she would not listen. Instead, she began to speak down to me. (She was also training someone at the time!) We ended up going to someone else and did get the refund. Perhaps she is in the wrong position. Maybe she was just having a bad day? Regardless, I was furious and was not going to go on another Carnival cruise again because of it!

Pretty clean overall. Had some sheets with stains and a towel with a hair on it but our Stewards changed them when we requested it.
Yes, we just wanted to go to the beach. The beach at "Margarittaville" was recommended. This is not much of a beach and the view is undesirable. Tax is 16.4% FYI
