Review summary

It was horrible. I have sent the cruise line a complaint. The water was choppy, people were throwing up all over the boat, and we did not get to our destination.  I purchased insurance and will be seeking reimbursement.

Apologists for Carnival seem to think poor food, bad service, spotty delivery on ports of call, and dirty cabins are well worth the price. Me? Never sailed Carnival - but they get a LOT of bad reviews...

I think we were on the sam cruise. And it was bad. Worst cruise I ever had out of 7. People were sick all over. You had to watch where you stepped. And even the workers were sick. I felt so sorry for them. We met people from a disney ship and their captain rerouted them and they faired better. I don't blame carnival but do think they could have rerouted us. I overheard workers complaining about the captain's judgment.

How can such a person get through life when they are subjected to such horrors as they have described! They should sue the almighty for pain and suffering caused by his disregard for the original posters vacation plans. All joking aside the original post is bizzare in its logic to say the least.

Good luck. If the weather kept you from getting on the boat you'd have grounds for reimbursement but if you got on and went anyway knowing the weather you probably won't get anything.

Let us know how you make out filing a claim. Typically insurance covers issues that prevent you from getting to the ship, not so much once on board. Perhaps your insurance has better coverage.

I guess the good lord didn't get your email that you sent him asking for calm waters on your cruise I was on the sensation when hurricane sandy came through and dared not ask for a refund the timing of your cruise (per seasons) is how calm or rough the water"might" be
