Review summary

Cruise was good. It was our 1st time. The water was choppy and so I got sea sick the entire time. But the food was great. There were a ton of options. The Spa was amazing and we had a great time. Wish the pools were heated. And wish the staff addressed our concern about loud noise in hallway.

We had never done a cruise before and so the process was quite confusing. The dome was confusing. I had to go up to people to ask my questions. More signage would be nice. Also simple instructions prior to cruise would be helpful. Like when do we put money on sail card. Bring something to put sail card on. When do we get them? etc.

Everything was great except the pools were sooo cold. Cant understand why you don't heat the pools/slides they are not very big so it wouldn't cost too much.

We LOVED the PG comedy show. Wish there was more of that or more shows for kids.

My kids went once and didn't want to go back. Think it was too crowded and they got bored. But staff was friendly and helpful.

Michael our attendant on 1043 & 1039 was AMAZING and so attentive. He knew our names which made my kids and I feel so welcome! Also the magician was so fun! I can't remember his name but he walked around dining hall and my kids loved seeing him.

Wish there were trash cans on boat. Constantly had to look for where to put our trash or cups

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was great. Michael our attendant was fantastic. Which is the only reason I'm giving it a 4. However, There was a very loud whistling sound in the hallway that kept us up. My husband had to go to service desk to ask for help at 11pm because we couldn't sleep. They never came to fix it.

Ship tip

Don't count on being in the pool, its freezing cold.
