Order the bottled water (12) case to be delivered to your room for about $5. Or you can use a refillable bottle if you don't mind the tap water.

Don't be late. For dining, shows or other entertainment. Lines get long and seats get short, but is much better if your a little earlier. Also, if you like a nice Cigar, my husbands vice, the only place you are welcome is the Lido Deck 10 next to the pool. I This little area fills up fast too because its also for smokers, who have other places indoors to smoke as well, just not cigar smokers. This part I do not understand and no one at Carnival is able to explain to us why the Cigar smokers have to stay outside.

A must- download the carnival hub. It lets you slelect the activities you want to do each day. Will send a reminder to your phone or iwatch letting you know your activity is coming up in 15 minutes. It shows the map of the ship so you can’t get lost. It provides you with what’s happening now, so you never miss anything. Also, it shows the dining times. So you know which restaurant is serving food at what times. It was the easiest app to use and a life savor for navigation from point A to B.

Pick another ship that is refurbished. Really enjoyed our experience, but for the money and how competitive the market is, I would choose a nicer, more comfortable ship.

Don't travel on Carnival. You will spend the same or less on Celebrity, Princess, and Royal Carribbean and get a much better experience and value for your money. It was disappointing that Carnival's service and quality has declined so much - in past years we traveled with them at least 10+ times, but we will never book another cruise with them after this experience.
