The best part was the dining at supper. We meet new friends and enjoyed our conversations. The shows were excellent. The Spa was relaxing, especially after a massage.We had a lot of fun in Cozumel.

They never gave us our booking bonus, they combined ours and my mother's spending accounts and the one guest services agent was very rude. The dishes in the Paris Restaurant were so dirty every day, even the napkins looked like they were not washed, just wrapped up around the silverware! The staff (aside from the Russian woman at the guest services desk) was very nice though and the food at the Destiny Dining Room was pretty good most nights. 

Grand Cayman Island was a waste of time and really not interesting or pretty, but Cozumel was very nice and the residents were friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend using another tour company other than Carnival, as they are very nice and much less money. The taxi company set up a tour for us and we paid $120 for 5 people for over 3 hours and we got to see the chocolate factory, the shops, had lunch and then the beach. Very nice!

Flat iron steak in main dining room was marvelous. Many of the fish dishes tasted fishy. Chicken on the buffet was very good.  Staff was very attentive.  Everything on board was clean.  

Our upgraded state room was extremely dated, used and less than accommodating (poor visual acuity, broken wardrobe cabinet hinges)

The Staff and Entertainment were exceptional as always.

Tampa is the perfect port to leave and arrive from....

I had a painful bout with gout in my right hand throughout the cruise, so that disqualifies me from commenting on any aspects of the cruise beyond service and food, The service and assistance I received was spectacular - it could not have been more helpful, sincere, and encouraging - with absolutely no exceptions. Everyone was kind and thoughtful and caring in every way. . . . . At dinner, the service was also very, very helpful and simply excellent-plus. I did think, however, that the amount of servings for the entrees was rather skimpy.

This was our first time on Carnival the Cruise was great , the breakfast buffet could be better if they used real scrambled eggs and buffet food could be a little hotter. other than that everything was great. was nice to come back to our room after breakfast and the room was clean (does need some updating but I am only there a short time and don't own the place) and smelled like bleach (not over powering)  which is good with so many people on board and so many germs from all over the world coming together in so many common areas. We want to do this same cruise again , can't wait . 

First cruise and exceeded my expectations. Everyone on board is so nice and accommodating. The food was awesome and most of the time, I didn't even realize I was on a ship. Tons of things to do. Great experience.

Very efficient getting people on and off the boat, at all times.  Staff very friendly and helpful.  Food good.  Pool area and upper deck nice, but one couldn't hear themselves think.  The adult area was very small, pool the size of a 8 person hot tub, not good for individuals to get in, as people in groups sat in it with drinks.  Also, music was too loud.  Hard to find quality outside space without noise.

It was a good cruise to see to see if one would like it, but it is a party boat.

The staff was very polite.

the problem was our dining time.  We requested early dining, but got stuck with the late dining...way too late for us to eat.  The serving was slow and we missed seeing the shows we wanted to go to.

Wonderful staff,very helpful.I have food allergies and our waiter Igusti was so very diligent in making sure when I received my meals,it did not contain any of the ingredients that I am allergic to.

I felt very well taken care of and felt no need to carry my epi  pen when in dining room.

I am so very grateful that I had no bad experiences.

If you have never cruised on other Cruise lines this is a good one to start with.  The fare was low and we got what we paid for.  The food was subpar but our dinner server was great.  the shows are okay.  We took the catamaran to the Stingray sand bar excursion and loved it.  We did the sand buggie and snorkel in Cozamel and did not like it.  they took us snorkeling in a spot that had nothing to see.  We were very rushed.  The entertainment was so so but they did very good the last night.  call 

Paradise is an older ship but you still get world class service!!!! Everyone was pleasant and food is always  excellent!!! Shows were always spectacular!!!

Enjoyed everything on the cruise. The food, the activities, the entertainment, etc. I had a junior suite and there was plenty of room. The balcony was a little small, but it served the purpose. I would recommend this cruise to all.

This was our first cruise, and we didn't know quite what to expect, but the employees aboard the Carnival Paradise were exceptional in their service, friendliness, politeness, and their ability to he[p when needed.

The cabin was neat and clean, but lacking in electrical outlets.The cabin we stayed in only had one outlet.

The entertaiment needs some tweaking,  scheduling changes, that some not aware of, and sound and technical difficulties in karroke lounge.

Relaxing around the pool! Having food available whenever we wanted. Great staff at all food locations .Getting on and off the ship was very organized and we didn't have to waiting long lines.

Hi there! I cant say specifically whats was the best part of my cruise..because the entire cruise was AMAZING!!! The kind and helpful service of the crew aboard was wonderful. Everyday my room was cleaned with fresh towels and a CUTE towel animal was displayed...the dining room was so pretty and every night the waiters danced and performed for us. They were so loving!! Mr. Ding aboard the Carnival Paradise is the BEST EVER!!! The food was INCREDIBLE along with delicious desserts....this was my first cruise and I had a BALL!!!!! When I got home my husband and I have already booked another cruise aboard the Carnival Sensation. We leave May 8-13 for Jamaica and Grand Cayman Islands...THANK YOU so much for all the perks too!! $25 extra dollars to spend on board and returned home to find even more money perks given back to us from Carnival. 

This was a great cruise for me.  I have limited mobility and had a handicapped room.  It was great!!  I loved the shows and the food was excellent.  In Cozumel I hired a taxi for four hours.  We saw everything we wanted to see and enjoyed talking to the driver.  I hope to take another cruise to Cozumel in the next year or two.

Great trip!  Everything was amazing down to the food!  The staff was great and our room was huge!  Great time with friends and my boyfriend.  Cozumel we rode ATVS which was so much fun and the water was beautiful!

This was a great way to spend my 40th Birthday.

We began getting taken care of as soon as we stepped out to the pool deck, Jaypee Ceralbo learned all of our names and there was 17 of us. We looked for him daily because we knew we would be taken care of.

Dinner was also a treat, Karn and his help was great. We enjoyed the magic tricks at the dinner table as well.

I hope to cruise again soon!

My husband and I had a great time but my boys had the best time ever! I would do it all over again! Everything was great from dining, to circle C for my boys, shows and staff. Best vacation!
