It was a pleasant trip to cruise with Carnival. All service people we met were exceptional - very nice, polite and helpful. They all earned my highest rating (5 stars). For our staterooms, we are very happy with services provided by Adi (steward) and his assistant. Thank you.

Great combination of days at sea and days in port. Time to play & relax.

The cruise was outstanding from start to finish. The food and the ship was always cleans and staff very helpful. Recommend the excursions to Mexico and Honduras.

This was my first cruise and I enjoyed every moment of it. Shout out and extra commendation goes to Po, our steward, Cam, our cruise Director, Riley, one of the entertainment staff, Jesus, one of the kitchen staff, Hazin, the serenity deck steward, and Brandon, one of the entertainment staff. They really made my trip worth while. Long Live Carnival Paradise!

My family enjoy this vacation and we will be ready for a next one next year!

Had a Great Time. I was assigned a bunk bed room. My fiance and i were not happy. A server came and saw we where sleeping on the floor, and advised we called guest services. With in an hour we were changed to a king bed room . That really made our trip. Thank you again for a great first cruise experience.

I wish they would not allow smoking in the casino or the bar located adjacent to the casino. Not very pleasant walking through smoke.

The cruise was awesome. About 2am all the partiers ran down the hall yelling and laughing and woke us up every night, but Carnival is all about the party, which we knew when we booked the cruise. We will sail with Carnival again.

Our cruise director Cam was the best I have had on 5 cruises. he and his team made this cruise so great from the entertainment standpoint!

It was a beautiful experience where my kids were really happy of how the had fun and we were really happy with the staff of how they always had a smile for everyone. We are really happy with this experience with Carnival Cruise. Thank you

They should try to be faster in disembarkation too slow. And the AC was cold when waiting to be called.

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CARNIVAL'S TAKEN ACTION TO RECTIFY MY ROOM BEING HOT.

ONLY PROBLEM WAS MY LATE DINNING - SO MY WIFE AND I HAD TO EAT AT THE LIDO RESTAURANT INSTEAD OF MY SET DINNING - COULDN'T WALK (BROKEN ANKLE) HAD ME IN THE MIDDLE OF A LONG TABLE - I DIDN'T WANT TO DISRUPT THE OTHER PASSENGERS

We enjoyed our time on our cruise. The staff was so wonderful, nice, attentive and fun. The food, on the other hand, was horrible! It seemed like the cheapest sourced food possible, sometimes having zero flavor. Also the water was only in two places on the cruise and came out so slowly. How are people supposed to stay hydrated? Other than that, it was incredible. Would probably never travel Carnival again because of the food alone.
