Really enjoyed the cruise had some problems with a pretty strong odor in our stateroom when they were doing some maintenance work but overall a good cruise experience.

This was our second time on the Paradise in 2 years. Our first time was in April 2017. On that cruise we were told of the upcoming changes and so we booked this cruise to see the changes. It was very impressive to see how much the ship had changed, newly renovated rooms, and dining rooms, the waterpark, the completely renovated Lido deck and it seemed everything was updated or upgraded.

HAD A WONDERFUL TIME!! YOUR CRUISE IS WHAT YOU MAKE IT..KEEP AN OPEN MIND AND YOUR TRIP WILL BE WONDERFUL. IT IS A VACATION SO DO SOMETHING YOU DON'T NORMALLY DO EVERYDAY AT HOME. BE ADVENTUROUS AND EXPLORE AND YOUR TRIP WILL ALWAYS BE OUTSTANDING AND A MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE.

I enjoyed this ship, it was very comfortable. The staff who took care of our room were absolutely wonderful and very nice. The shampoo is also excellent. I really loved my bed and pillows, was surprised by how comfortable they were. Had a private tour in Cuba rather than a Carnival tour and had a little trouble finding out how to handle this. Overall, excellent trip.

Had a GREAT cruise. I liked the smaller ship. First time doing anytime dining really liked it. One night we ate early at 730 pm the others was more like 9:00 PM. Loved the comedy shows a must see. Did the sea turtle ,cave swim and beach resort as our shore excursion it was wonderful highley recommended .

I have never traveled carnival before other then the day I attended my cousin wedding when the ship was very rocky it was good experience my daughter said that activity wish it was not overwhelming. The food could be improved they where not consistent enough.

We loved the Layout of the Paradise. There were several quiet spots to sit on the ship where you could see the water and feel the wonderful breeze. If you wanted to be in the middle of the action they provided lots of fun things to do and participate in but if you wanted to get some quiet relaxation you could. The best of both worlds! Everyone from our cabin steward to our servers was very friendly!

This was an amazing experience... our first cruise and honeymoon all in one. Definitely a lot of memories made.

I live in the Tampa Bay area, so this cruise is easy for me. It is fairly short and not overly expensive so I get to cruise several times a year. It is a nice getaway!

M186 Our first cruise and it exceeded our expectations! We had such a fabulous time I already booked our next cruise. I have always wanted to go on a cruise and I could kick myself for not going sooner. The entire staff was fabulous! Only complaint I have is that I had to get off! ☹️ Next cruise can’t come fast enough. 🚢😁❤️

Paradise was a great first cruise ship! The staff was the best! Everyone made this first time cruiser's time amazing! The only bad thing was there was 1 day and night we had high winds and seas, not the ships fault but we sure did feel the swaying back and forth. Even felt it the day after we got back home on dry land. Tampa was beautiful, loved the river walk. It was also my first flight. All around Great Ship! Will go on her again!❤

We had to deal with a hurricane but the crew made the best of things and kept us safe. We had to rearrange the order of the ports but everything worked out fine.

Worst cruise I have ever been on. I understand that the captain has the right to change route at anytime to keep us safe, but when we are already past the hurricane and we change course makes no sense. We lost both of our excursions that we had had planned for over 6 months. Still tried to enjoy Mexico. We were off the ship for literally 15 minutes and we were taken in a store and offered drugs and women. Told my husband "back on the ship!" Some crew were really nice but I saw MANY crew being rude and short with people. I was shocked. I have never seen that on a cruise before. Other things happen but wont keep going. Contemplating getting my money back for the one we have booked with Carnival in March and going with another cruise line.

Overall it was fun. I think if B-LO wasn't so entertaining, it would've been not as great but he was excellent! And the restaurant food wasn't the best but our servers were beyond amazing!

The cruise was amazing. I loved it! Only issue was the language barrier. Made it very hard to communicate with the staff. Also it took forever to get a drink from the bar. We spent too much time waiting for a drink. Other than that the trip was awesome!

Be-lo was amazing . A lot of energy and made everyone feel like part of the family. Chrystal was wonderful she was our pool deck waitress. Inne was our stateroom attendant , he was fantastic. These people were exceptional . Other then the pool being way to small and the disembarkment being way to long and the food being just warm sometimes cold in the dining room the cruise was a good one.

I enjoyed my cruise my only complaint was that my cabin on the sixth deck u 46 air condition did not work properly.the service was great from house keepin to dinning.please enjoy brunch and breakfast in the elation dinning room.

Fun over all cruise. Would and will do again, even on the same ship. Disembarking needs some work but that is my biggest complaint.

Our trip was wonderful. It ended poorly on night five. There was music and noise and partying going on past 1:30 AM. We discovered that we were under the piano bar. Trying to rest before the big day for disembarkation was impossible. I recommended that they stop the music in the piano bar like 12 midnight or 1 AM. There were only five people in there and they were all drunk. I also suggested that they not have the volume and the microphone so loud disturbing the rest of the ship. Why allow five people, drunk, disturbing the other 2000 guest? Carnival service was made aware of this.
