Great cruise overall. Had some weather problems but carnival did great by working out extra time in Cozumel to help make up for something they had no control over in the first place. Took my girlfriend on this cruise it was here 1st and watching her excitement laughter and pure enjoyment made this trip one of the best ever. This was all because of the paradise and her crew.

We enjoyed our time with Paradise; weather was perfect for this time around. Overall, we preferred Royal Caribbean 😁 which I’m sure in the far future, we’ll cruise with Carnival again!

Our very first cruise and we are hooked. The main dining room food was fabulous. The childcare was awesome for us but my kids weren’t super thrilled by it. Wish they had more options for our 1 yo during the day. We didn’t try night owls. The buffet food was so-so. Not super impressed but Guys got awesome reviews by my husband and son and my daughter and I LOVED Blue Iguana’s burritos. The staff is always ready to serve with a smile. I can understand one may have a bad day occasionally but can’t understand how anyone could complain about the staff in a review. They were all wonderful. And maintenance!! We had a small issue in our room. Called front desk and they immediately sent someone to take care of it. I mean within minutes at 10pm. Then the next day they gave us an in room credit. I no longer believe any review saying they don’t take care of stuff like that. They really do everything to make you happy. Our next cruise is in 30 days and we have our 2020 cruise already booked with carnival! With 4 kids and a budget, I’m not sure you could find a better vacation!

I really enjoyed my self I this boat!!!! Not a lot of people everyone was very friendly and nice. The food was great. The only thing I would say the kids got bored and would play down the halls and on elevators so it was hard for us to get a elevator at times

We were on a budget so we chose carnival for our young family (ages 6yrs and 4yrs). Pretty much everything we were looking forward to was just "meh". One pool which was always too packed to swim in. Adults only area also always full. Too much down time, not much to do if you're not in port or into gambling. One mediocre entertainment option per evening (like a 20 minute comedy show. One evening there was nothing scheduled!) and it was always at a weird time where we had to rush through dinner and skip dessert to make it. Kids club was basically just watching movies and coloring. Food was decidedly lackluster. The upscale options which used to be included (and really good!) are now an extra $20 upcharge. So if you don't want to pay you're stuck with really plain choices like grilled chicken breast with veggies or pasta. On the upside, the staff was amazing and Guys Burger Joint is delicious. Overall, we got what we paid for. Next time I'll save for longer and take a Disney cruise. Carnival is definitely still pandering to an older crowd and is not a good option for families.

The Paradise is a smaller ship so you may feel a bit more movement than you expected. I enjoyed the ship but my son did not want to go to the kids-only area as he called it (Camp Ocean) so we had him attached to our hip the whole time so we missed out on some of the adults-only fun!! Haha our two teenagers had a blast and loved every minute of it! Definitely recommend Cheers even if you don’t drink “much” like us - did not buy and hated worrying about how much we’d charged for drinks. Next time will buy Cheers just for peace of mind. I was surprised they do not have a contract with Coca-cola so they literally buy 12-packs so if you have Bottomless Bubbles you have to go to a bar and have the bartender crack a can for you - hilarious for my 5-year-old! Overall I loved it my husband thought it was cramped but he is 6’4” and everything seems small to him :) the ship is very clean. I do feel sorry for the staff as they are so nice and lots of people acted entitled and obnoxious to them so we pre-paid gratuities and brought extra for those who took good care of us too... these poor people work way too hard! I know it is their choice to work here but I still feel bad can’t help it. Overall a good choice for a first time cruise helped me to get the lay of the land on a smaller ship so next time (on the Breeze) we are better prepared!

She maybe an older girl, but she is well kept. Her crew are eager to please. I left my cell on deck, and thank goodness for a honest crew member. I was unable to find him. This is a perfect first timer cruise ship!!! Miss you Paradise!!

Beautiful little shift,great staff, a ton of fun loved the Paradise! The band in the casino bar is awesome, and the comedians were great! And Tampa is a breeze

Loved the comedy shows..especially Cowboy Comedian. Brandon was awesome at activities.

Overall, it was very FUN, and we are going again. Can not stress enough to go with patience and follow the rules, it will for sure make everything run smoothly and so much more enjoyable. We did not have a whole bunch of kids on this cruise, since doing school time. But if you are bringing kids, please don't let them run wild.

Cruise was great getting off the ship took 4 hours and we had pre luggage pick up, that part was bad but everything else was great

we had the best room stewart..our room was clean and he always spoke to us when he seen us in the hallway.the dining was excellent but we sure did miss the singing and dancing every night in the dinning room.

Just got off the Paradise on Saturday. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Clean. Food was good at Buffet. Only ate one night in dining room. I don’t think the entertainment was as much as other ships I’ve been on. A lot of selling pitches. Not interested in those while on vacation. The solo musicians was not much at all. They really need better entertainment The cruise director was ok but not great. The ports we sailed too was great.
