Review summary

This is a great cruise for an introduction to the cruise experience. The friendliness was remarkable to the inexperienced traveler in my group. She totally enjoyed the music shows, the bands, and the comedy shows. We had a great time!

Embarkation

Pretty easy to get on board. Lots of reps pointing you to the correct way. Always an issue with the elevators being in demand.

Most of the food was good. Drinks were very good.

Onboard Activities

Many places to relax or find things to do. The pool is small so it gets very crowded. It is not easily accessible by older people, or anyone with mobility problems.

Entertainment

The shows were great! Very good singers and dancers, so much stamina! Musicians were great too. Love the violin duo and the Sea Stars Band!

Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. Lots of smiles. Tobing, Avinash and Irvan in 'My Time dining' were fantastic! We asked for them for every dinner. Our room steward Edi was also wonderful and accommodating.

Ship Quality

Layout is fine. Cleanliness is remarkable! There is always someone cleaning up, picking up used dishes, etc. The common bathrooms were very clean!

Cabin / Stateroom

Room was big enough for the 2 of us.

Ship tip

You can ask for the same waiters in the 'My time dining' room. Check in and get the table, but ask them to move you to the selected waiters' section. they do so gladly.
