Review summary

Great time with my hubby and daughter. It was very irritating that both of our excursions were canceled and we didn't know about that. One we got a days notice to look for something, the other when we got off the ship. Getting off the ship in Cozumel there were NO instructions which made it confusing.

I remember the food tasting better. I wish we had the same servers every time. 2 fantastic servers Catalina and I can't remember the other ones name . They were very personable. The other 2 servers we had were good, they were more like a job.

Onboard Activities

Pool was very small, not enough seats. We made multiple trips from one end of the ship to the other looking for chairs. Too many purple putting a towel down in the morning and not using the chair. Fitness was very nice. The steam room and sauna were fabulous.

Entertainment

The seas band was our favorite. They were better singers than the other entertainment. The others were very good dancers, not great at singing. Didn't like how they had girls singing mens songs, just wasn't right. They changed the songs too much!!

Service was half and half. Some really nice some almost cold.

Ship Quality

One beautiful lady with her hair bonnet on was cleaning every time I saw her. For the most part the ship was clean. Nothing was broken or not taken care of.

Cabin / Stateroom

It was smaller than I thought. The big bed was comfortable the couch bed was hard and not comfortable. Our toilet leaked and we told them 3 times. They couldn't fix it.
