Embarkation

Everyone was very helpful and getting on board was easy.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
There was a great selection of good and the staff was great! Especially the dining staff.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
There wasn't as much as we had hoped for, but we did enjoy most of the shows that we attended. The PG rated comedians were really good. The shows were entertaining and pretty well done.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
The Epic Rock show was amazing! Loved it-very impressed! The 80's rock show was good. The World Works Here show was nice, but simple. The performers sat on a stool and sang. So there wasn't as much going on with that.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
Our 16 year old son really enjoyed spending time in Club O2. He made friends and enjoyed their games and activities. The counselor, Nari, was a lot of fun. Our 11 year old daughter liked the time she spent with the younger kids as well.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Edis, our stateroom steward, was excellent. He was friendly and kind. He did a great job cleaning our room, and we loved his towel animals he left for us. He also would help me practice my Spanish (although he spoke English well). The Buffet area was great. The staff consistently kept the tables clean and the food was very good. The evening dining experience was AWESOME! Gusti was our waiter and he was very attentive, patient, and friendly. Ernest John also waited on us and was fantastic! Both of them kept our glasses full and showed sincere interest to ensure that our meal was a great experience. They also entertained us well towards the end of each meal. Ernest John has some serious dancing skill.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship was very clean, the bathrooms and everything were great.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
It was a decent size, although a bit tight with 4 of us. But that was to be expected in a standard interior cabin. It was very clean because Edis did a fantastic job of keeping everything well taken care of.

Ports of call

Mahogany Bay, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras

5 out of 5
We did not go to the beach right next to the port, but it looked very nice and protected from ocean waves. We did an excursion to Gumbalimba Park and it was very fun. We had monkeys and Macaws climb on us for pictures and it was amazing! We also saw lots of black and green iguanas.

Cozumel, Mexico

5 out of 5
There is a very nice shopping area as you get off the ship. It was easy to get a taxi and we did some excellent snorkeling nearby.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Everything went smooth and we found our luggage easily and were able to get to our vehicle and head home without any issues.
