Very disappointed and the cruise over all the food at the main dining and service was horrible. Our Stewart for our room made up for several of the other disappointments but still over all the ship was small crowded and hard to get service in the casino as well.
Embarkation

This was very smooth for the most part until we got on the ship and we were misdirected on which floor to go to for our mustard station. The host helping individuals find their mustered station did nothing to assist with helping us get an elevator and my mom being in a wheelchair we were sent from the eighth to the ninth floor three times and had several people jumping in front of us and taking the elevator. Very disappointed the assistance was just not there by the staff.

The main dining room was horrible service horrible food under cooked than over cooked. Ira signed waiter left us and never came back to finish serving us. Someone else had to finish our table out very very poor service from the initial waiter. I only went to the main dining one time after so much disappointment. This was on the elegant dining night service.
Onboard Activities

There was very little on board activities compared to prior cruises that I have been on very disappointing. Limited amount of music playing on the Lido deck until the last day of cruising.
Entertainment

Very disappointed in the entertainment limited options and then there were delays with the shows once they did start. Went to a couple of the comedy shows and honestly was disappointed with the rudeness of the comedian. I understand hackling but they honestly acted like they did not want to be there.

My room steward Anak was phenomenal he was very attentive always available if needed. We spoke minimum three times daily he was a very hard worker and deserves a promotion I am very pleased with the service that we were provided in our room and the cleanliness of our room daily. His name is Anak stateroom attendant - Tel 1621

The main restrooms on lido were not very clean, but this could be due to limited restrooms available in the area that were shared amongst a lot of people.

Very small ship, casino was very small and crowded. My mom was I. Wheelchair so very challenging to get her in and out to gamble.
Thanks for sharing. This is an older ship, so if you use to the newer ship, it is a little off setting. Nevertheless any day at sea is a good day to me. Hopefully your next cruise will be better.
Thanks for the review. It’s always a good idea to research the ship to know what you are getting. This is an older, smaller ship and will not have the same level of amenities, entertainment, etc. as newer, larger ships. The cruise on the older ships also seem to be less experienced and don’t provide the same level of service as newer ship.
