The entertainment was great. The cruise director did a fantastic job. She was very outgoing with a lot of energy. The entertainment staff wished me a happy birthday. I also received six chocolate cover cherries for my birthday.

The service was great. The staff was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly. The staff through out the ship wished a happy birthday. The wait staff in the dining room sang happy birthday and I received a piece of cake.
Ship Quality

The ship was clean. They had a lot of hand sanitizer stations through out the ship. I loved that the ship was decorated for Halloween.
We saw the Monkeys, Sloths and Macaws. It was a great experience to hold a sloth and a guinea pig. The Macaws and parrots are beautiful. The monkeys were fun. We fed the iguanas.
It was a great experience to swim with the dolphins. Our package included food and drinks. The drinks were good, but a little sweet. The food was delicious.
The process of getting of the ship was better now prior to COVID. We had the ship take our luggage off and were called to exit the ship after the rush of people getting off the ship with their luggage.
