The buffet was terrible. Food was cold, The meat (Roast and pork was not cooked well (still red on inside) to much rice. Need to offer mashed potatoes instead of baked all the time. The scrambled eggs in the morning was awful, they were cold and dry and stuck together (like they were left over and placed in refrigerator over night and served again in the morning).

Was confusing at times because some of the elevators didn't go to all the floors.but the common areas were very clean and well maintained. The restrooms were emaculate.

Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin was very nice. A little small tho, It wasn't anything like the pictures. There wasn't a sofa or a chair. We had to ask for ice, and when we went to Cozumel there wasn't a complimentary bottle of water in our cabin like cruises before. Our cabin was always clean and our cabin steward was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the pillows, infact we are trying to find out where we can purchase them. All and all we were very satisfied with our cabin.

Ship tip

If you don't want to cruise on the bigger ships, and prefer a smaller one then I would recommend the Paradise.

Appreciate your feedback. If you received a bottle of water because you are Platinum/Diamond card holder, right now you still have to get them from a bar (any bar). Glad you mostly enjoyed your cruise.
