The dining room was lovely, with attentive, friendly staff and outstanding food. The buffet in the Lido was more standard fare, but the fresh salads and desserts made lunch pleasant.

We did not enjoy the pressure to shop. The Serenity area was nice for a less-crowded area to access the pools.
Entertainment

We enjoyed the performances in the Normandy theater. Those kids are multi-talented!

Our room steward, Esperanza, was delightful. She was accommodating to our schedule and always left out room spotless, with a fun surprise towel animal.
Our waiters in the dining room were uniformly excellent. Cello, Irhan, Alexander, and others we forgot to record made us feel appreciated and pampered.

We explored many of the public areas, and all were clean and safe.

It was quite roomy, with great storage. The bed was comfy.
