Overall we had an ok time. We were a family of 17 together. Most of them being kids ages 7-17. There wasn't much for them to do but they kept themselves busy. Lei Lei was such a great cruise director! She made the cruise for everything else had to go through. She was always so upbeat and friendly. It was her first time as Cruise Director and hope she continues on as one. She is awesome.

We tried to sit in restaurant and took hour and a half to get appetizer and kids food, even though we watched it sit for 20 minutes on the counter waiting to come over. After that waited and waited , kids were all done still done not get meal so told them we all were leaving. Multiple people had same issues. We ate in the buffet for rest of the time. The pizza was best thing fresh and hot but the lines to get it took awhile. They couldn't keep up.

All of our kids did not like it, 8 cousins went in and had to treat it like a library with no talking , getting yelled at when trying to play with toys. They went in once and not again. It was also lacking communication between the areas.

Our room steward was fantastic, as for waiters we didn't get to experience since we did not sit in restaurant rest of time.

It was clean but extremely small. Our daughter had to sleep on a mat on metal on floor, had we had known was that small, we would have gotten bigger room.
Ship tip
Wait for a little bit so they can work out the kinks as they are just now resuming sailing with a lot of new crew , some we talked to who had never sailed and was first cruise.
It was so beautiful, so green and pretty. We did the Gumbalina park and Tabayana Beach day. We loved it so much. Nice to see animals that are in the Wild like they should be but are so friendly. The beach was so beautiful! The people were so nice. We would definitely do again.
We also love Cozumel. This time we took ferry over to Mainland Mexico for Xcaret park excursion and had so much fun!. We loved the underground river! There is just not a lot of time to see everything, would need days to explore the whole park. There is so much to do and see.
It was unorgainzed. We did express walk off but no announcements made till after we had seen people leaving and got in line. We were almost out the door when they finally came on and said would release by Muster station but we were going out the door at that point.
Did you have all 17 people eating dinner at the same table. That's why it would take that long. Normally it doesn't. It was not the right time to take kids on a cruise. Better luck next time if it's ever back to normal.
