We did a back to back which I don’t recommend on same cruise there was not a lot to do not much entertainment and the music was no very good the buffets closed way to early food was not as good as most cruises great experience with all staff a very good

Salad bar was awesome just closed to soon food buffet horrible same dinners from dinning it was alway Caribbean or French something breakfast buffet was awesome Guys burgers are getting sloppy only had two in 9 days without bun dinners at dinning we’re most not eatable

Music was not good crowed at pools towels on all the chairs so you didn’t know if someone left or not I think there should be a system that the chairs are monitored and if know one comes back in a certain time they need some kind of sign one of your customers told me the easiest way to get a chair is to come to the pool early and put a towel there so its reserved for the day

When there was a show of course it’s mostly the same shows same people playing the same thing we used to get the cruise feeling when entering the boat with guys playing up beat island music we just don’t get the same cruise experience with carnival anymore we are looking to try out some new upcoming cruise ships we have been dedicated to carnival but after so long on one cruise line I guess y’all feel safe by not trying to do new things also the tv stations in the rooms are horrible at least offer other options mid as well charge you do for room service like three or four nights my husband was sick and unable to make to dinner and we had to pay for room service at least offer it for free to your higher up card holders you know we want abuse the system

Our room was always clean Gloria I think her name was she went above her duty she made my 50th birthday feel special made me a cake towel wrote on our mirror was awesome the customer service was alway helpful and pleasant to talk to never had staff issues although I never win in the casino are service was amazing the lady creating everyone also the slot lady that did tournaments she was so fun everyone that served us drinks in the casino area knew our names and very personable that’s why we spent so much time in there

Glad you enjoyed, but next time if you are going to do 9 days just do a 9 day cruise so that you get to see more ports. If we did a back to back we would do 2 7 days but make sure they are going to different ports. You did the 2 cruises but that way you got stuck with more sea days instead of ports. Research and find what you really want and might get more of what you’re looking for by doing 1 cruise but more days and more ports less sea days.

Sorry this cruise experience didn’t meet your expectations! We just did our first B2B and have booked another because we enjoyed it so much (different itineraries on each leg). Perhaps you are right, it may be time to check out what else is out there.
