My daughter was always with me. We had too many things to do that haven't got the time to check in those but we do sneak in during activities and know they were great

All personnel treated us with respect and kindness. Dont have words to express all my gratitude to each and everyone of them but I have to mention this special people that make my vacation unforgettable Steward: James Brautigam - His commitment and service goes beyond perfection. Always on call and able to answer all our questions and concerns. He is a truly commited and team member 5 star. Waiter: Nengah Norlin - Since our first dinner until the last brunch he was there for us. We always request that he serve us all the nights. We enjoy the night shows during dinner and Nengah makes us feel welcome, at home and recommended the best dishes always. He make sure that the food met our expectations and it did. Last but not least Noren Tenorio from the pictures dept. I wont be able to express everything here but I never felt more comfortable than with Noren's expertise and guidance to help me chose memorable pictures. He show me how to use the program to see all the photos and guide me through all the purchase process. He is the best. I am happy with all my portraits. With that being said, Im pretty sure i wouldn't have the best vacations if it wasn't for all this amazing people that with great effort and honor represent the company. They are big assets for any company. Congratulations. I will miss this guys. Again, thank you guys!
