Review summary

We have loved Carnival over the years. We brag to our friends was awesome experiences we have had in the past. However, this trip fell short in that dinner was sometimes disappointing...the buffet lunch was always better with the selections and carving stations. The other BIG concern was the temperature in the dining areas and theater. Very cold...too cold to enjoy the shows or meal without sweaters or jackets. We could have used blankets in Theatre.

Disappointed in main dining room. Way too cold to enjoy the experience and very slow. The buffet, on the other hand a great experience. Special thank you to Ni Luh at our breakfast seating. She was exceptional in service and friendliness. Way to go Ni Luh!!

Onboard Activities

The pool area was great....thank you for telling people not to save chairs. Discouraging when you see towels on chairs at 6:30 in the morning.

The "Playlist Productions, EPIC Rock was exceptional...best we EVER attended. Enjoyed the Country Western music in Casino Bar area....very nice

Ni Luh who handled coffee service in Buffet area in a.m. was awesome. Friendly, helpful.. Toding, our stateroom steward, was terrific. Catered to our EVERY need.

Common areas very clean....but we could see there needs some updates and refurbishing. Staff always busy cleaning...no problem there

Perfect bed....pillows. Toding did a great job in making our cabin inviting and clean. Great job Toding. Also, upon arriving we noticed the carpet was wet at end of bed. We mentioned to him and he was quick to get that taken care of along with Carla, the floor supervisor.
