I cruised with my mom and grandmother, who has limited mobility and requires a walker. We had an awesome time!
Embarkation
5 out of 5
Fantastic experience-- as soon as the staff saw my Grandmother's walker, they were quick to get her to the elevators, the specific line for those with disabilities, and onto the ship.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Everything we had was great, but if it wasn't our favorite, they were willing to change it!
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Lots of activities, but I wish the trivia and house band didn't have to squeeze in next to the casino with the smoking. Across from the coffee bar is a better spot for it with lots of tables.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
WE saw Epic Rock, which is always a great show. The piano bar entertainer (Mark) was great.
Children's Programs
Didn't have children with us
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Great staff- plenty of people to help and always willing to give us a hand.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Always saw people cleaning, everywhere.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Great cabin, plenty of space for the three of us once the suitcases were unpacked and put under the bed. The bunk is above the two twins or the king, whichever you prefer. I slept in the bunk (I'm an adult) and it was really surprisingly comfortable!
Ship tip
If you need elevators because of mobility issues, take note of which ones go to which floors. Only two of the lobby elevators will go past the 10th floor.
We did the sea turtle with lunch-- we didn't get to experience lunch because my grandmother fell ill from the walking. The excursion was wonderful-- snorkeling with the sea turtles in the lagoon was so fun! And unlike many other excursions, you are permitted to take photos with your own cameras. We had to get back to the ship early and one of the employees took us in his personal car which was so kind.
Loads to do here. We did the tour that included an underwater submarine, a chocolate tour, and a tequila tour. All three places were great! It was three tours in one!
