Cruise was nice, Except the Cheers Program; I purchased it but it was not applied to my Sign & Sail card. I was Very upset, I thought it was applied, the staff was not helpful in resolving the matter and even seemed not to care. A few Bad apples that ruin my vacation.Embarkation
