Review summary

Overall not the best cruise I’ve been on, but was ok. Too many people, not enough deck space or pool/whirlpool options.

Ship Quality

We were on the Grand Deck (14). Top level of the ship, you would have thought minimal noise. Nope! It’s my understanding that this deck was a recent addition, not original to the ship. Walls seemed thinner than normal and you could hear everything. Also, there was a constant smell of sewage the entire trip as you got off the elevator to entire our level.

Cabin / Stateroom

Noisy, especially from above. For a Junior Suite, not worth the extra money.

Ship tip

Don’t.

There were 3 Carnival ships that all arrived in port all within a few hours of each other. By 10am, the island was so crowded that it was a pain to go anywhere.
