Review summary

Overall it was a good cruise besides the brown water. Leon the cruise director was wonderful and my children enjoyed the pool/waterworks area. All four of the rooms my family stayed in had brown water in the shower and bathroom faucet. Customer service kept calling a plumber who just lied and said it was the lights making it look brown until I poured a bottle of water in the sink to prove it wasn't. Besides a letter from customer service saying they are sorry there was never any remedy.
