Review summary

Our cruise was very relaxing and the staff went out of their way to help us and answered any question we asked with a smile. I especially loved the art gallery and the team that worked there! I highly recommend going to one (or all!) of their art auctions. They are very passionate about the art world. The ladies at the excursion desk were also quite helpful and so very friendly! They were a terrific help with fitting us with the right excursion. Don't be afraid to ask questions.

The main dining rooms were great and the staff was so wonderful and helpful. The buffet items didn't stay hot for very lont after they were put out, but the food was still pretty tasty.

The bed was very comfortable, and I loved having a window to look out whenever i wanted. It was very clean and the cleaning staff was amazing. They go above and beyond!

We did the land and sea excursion. Our tour guide was wonderful and very informative. The sea portion was fantastic. I wasn't as impressed with the land tour. I thought it would be more scenic, but they are in the process of building more to bring in more visitors. We saw a lot of remodeling.The flora and fauna were very pretty, however. We also visited a sea turtle farm and were allowed to hold some beautiful turtles! That was such a cool experience.

Cozumel, Mexico

We loved Cozumel. We went on the San Gervasio Ruins excursion and we were not disappointed! Our tour guides, Patrick and Martine, and our driver, William, were so awesome! They made the tour fun and informative. I learned a lot about the Mayan culture as well as Cozumel's culture today. They did an outstanding job!
