Review summary

I had a 2nd room and booked 3 beds. One daughter was on floor. Guest services did not help. Had a gift card for the spa. It was delivered debarkation day. Talked to guest services they said that i was lying. The restaurant food was dry.

Ok how did your daughter end up on floor doesn’t make sense they won’t put you in a room that won’t accommodate everyone as for the gift card are you sure you didn’t miss it the spa is closed on last day

I find this review very hard to believe.. if this did happen why was customer service not called the first day and they would of sorted it out straight away ? They certainly would not have had your daughter or anyone sleeping on the floor that's for sure ... Also if the food was dry or any problems within the Main Dinning room your section where you are sitting have Tram Leaders for that area why would you not of called for the team leader and talked to them regarding your concerns and they would of taken the food away and gave you the menu to make another choice ...then if it happened again you needed to talk with the Matrde simple then the issue is fixed ... this review is hard to believe nobody would let these things happen and spoil your vacation ... then come back and complain doesn't make sense so I call BS .....
